Who We Are

Spacious Acreage

We purchased our 81 acres in 2017 and it is located in Central Virginia. Our serene venue provides breathtaking beauty while still situated close to the metropolitan areas of Lynchburg, Appomattox, and Charlottesville. We currently provide the land only and is perfect for event planners.

Elegant Tea Parties

We can provide tea parties with your photo session or just the tea party alone. Providing a warm environment with food and drink is a passion of mine and I would love the opportunity to serve you. Enjoy your tea party in a luxurious setting under a rustic pavilion by our newly constructed pool and handmade daybed swing.

Variety of Scenic Options

We have various outdoor settings for your photo session or event, including open field, forest, floral setting, or vintage barn. We are always creating new cozy spots for photo ops! No matter what kind of an outdoor setting you desire, we’ll have a spot you’ll love!
